As the Marketing Manager for PSA UK, you will lead all key marketing initiatives for our UK Receiving Center and broader PSA presence in the United Kingdom. Your mission is to drive adoption of PSA services, accelerate market growth, and build strong brand awareness across the UK and wider International collector community.
You will be a jack-of-all-trades marketer, managing the overall marketing strategy and execution across all major touchpoints — including social, digital, paid, email, events & shows, partnerships, and community engagement. Your primary focus will be driving meaningful growth and accelerating the territory.
You will report to the Head of Marketing, Europe, and work from our London Receiving Center.
Onsite Requirement:This role requires you to be onsite in the office 4 days per week.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for the UK Receiving Center and the overall PSA presence in the UK
- Manage all marketing channels for PSA in the UK with a strong focus on social and digital
- Measure, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives
- Maintain and execute a marketing calendar, including but not limited to:
- Social media, including content creation, community management and analytics
- Website and App updates
- Events and card shows
- Partnerships
- Promotions and organic/paid campaigns
- A growth-minded marketer eager to build and scale a territory
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles
- Experienced in managing social media channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and live-streaming platforms
- Hands-on approach creating and designing content for social media, including scheduling, copy, graphics and community management
- Strong project management skills with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Comfortable owning both strategy and end-to-end execution of marketing programs
- High analytical skills, with the ability to track performance and extract insights
- Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Knowledge of the trading card or collectibles space is a strong plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom
- Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
