We’re looking for a Designer who brings ideas to life in 3D — someone who blends creativity, technical mastery, and attention to detail to deliver unforgettable experiences. Reporting to our Creative Director, you’ll craft immersive designs for live events, activations, trade shows, and global campaigns. From sketches and AI visuals to fully rendered 3D models, floorplans, and user journeys, you’ll create work that delights clients and excites audiences.

What you’ll do- Create & innovate
- Develop high-quality 3D designs for live events, activations, and experiential campaigns.
- Turn concepts into sketches, presentations, AI-generated visuals, and fully rendered 3D models.
- Bring originality and style to every project, communicating ideas beautifully and effectively.
- Produce precise 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, Enscape, and other design software.
- Prepare technical drawings, annotated floorplans, and visuals that support production.
- Integrate graphic design, branding, and AV considerations into immersive environments.
- Collaborate with producers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility and quality.
- Present and explain your work to internal teams and clients.
- Incorporate feedback while maintaining the integrity of your creative vision.
- Occasionally attend client meetings or workshops to share insights firsthand.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and studio team to ideate and develop concepts.
- Share your work with colleagues for input and refinement, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Actively participate in monthly Co-Labs to contribute ideas and support team innovation.
- Be flexible with travel and on-site project needs.
- Deliver visually stunning, technically accurate designs that exceed client expectations.
- Contribute innovative ideas that enhance the studio’s creative offering.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and support repeat business.
- Produce 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings to the studio’s standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the Creative Team, fostering a high-performance culture.
