Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager with strong Hub Spot CRM experience to join their growing marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with a background in marketing automation, CRM management, email marketing and campaign optimisation to take ownership of Hub Spot, helping to improve lead generation, customer engagement and marketing performance across the business.
Working closely with both Marketing and Sales teams, you will play a key role in developing automated customer journeys, improving lead management processes, delivering targeted campaigns and providing valuable reporting and insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the Hub Spot Marketing & Sales Hub, ensuring best practice across marketing automation, workflows and CRM management.
- Plan, build and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing and automated customer journeys.
- Create and manage audience segmentation, lead scoring and lifecycle management to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective lead routing, qualification and pipeline visibility.
- Develop dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance, lead generation, ROI and sales pipeline activity.
- Analyse campaign performance and use data‑driven insights to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
- Carry out A/B testing and campaign optimisation to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain CRM data quality, database integrity and GDPR compliance.
- Support ongoing Hub Spot development, integrations and future system improvements.
- Keep up to date with developments in marketing automation, CRM technology and AI‑driven marketing tools.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Marketing Automation Manager, CRM Manager, Marketing Campaign Manager, Marketing Operations or similar B2B marketing role.
- Strong hands‑on experience using Hub Spot CRM (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub).
- Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, customer journeys, lead nurturing and workflow creation.
- Good understanding of CRM management, lead scoring, segmentation and sales pipeline processes.
- Experience producing marketing reports, dashboards and campaign performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of GDPR and CRM data management best practice.
- Experience within a B2B environment is essential. Experience within distribution, wholesale or FMCG would be advantageous.
