Beyond brand building, COLLAB offers full operational, creative, and manufacturing infrastructure — covering everything from formulation and production to go-to-market, retail sales, and performance marketing. Purpose of the Role

The Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality visual content — including product photography, lifestyle imagery, short-form video, and behind-the-scenes material — for use across social media, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns.

This role supports the Growth and Social Media teams in delivering engaging, consistent, and brand-aligned creative assets for both our own brand and a range of collaborative client brands.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, creative, and confident behind the camera — able to balance planned shoots with fast-turnaround content creation for daily social activity.

Job Expectations:

  • Plan and film short-form videos (e.g. product features, campaign snippets, reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content).
  • Support on-location and studio shoots, assisting with lighting, set-up, and direction.
  • Ensure all imagery and video content is consistent with each brand’s aesthetic and tone of voice.

Editing & Delivery

  • Edit imagery and video content to a professional standard for use across multiple formats (social, web, email, print).
  • Optimise content for different platforms (aspect ratios, resolutions, file formats).
  • Manage and organise digital assets in a structured, accessible content library.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to plan and deliver daily content needs.
  • Support the Head of Growth on larger marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
  • Collaborate with external partners, stylists, or agencies on shoots where required.

Content Planning

  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and social storytelling.
  • Help plan content calendars in alignment with marketing priorities.
  • Stay up to date with social and creative trends, applying fresh ideas to brand storytelling.

  • Strong technical skills in shooting and editing (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in product only shoots and content creation.
  • Experience producing short-form video content for social channels (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Ability to manage multiple shoots, projects, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • A strong visual eye and understanding of composition, lighting, and colour.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, Food & Beverage or lifestyle brand environments.
  • Confidence directing small shoots or working with talent.
