You will be joining their dynamic team as an Area Sales Manager for the South Region, playing a key role in driving sales growth.

As the Area Sales Manager for the South Region, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the south of the UK (below the M4 corridor and the Home Counties).

This will involve regular customer visits to understand their business needs and demonstrate how the company's solutions can help them achieve their goals, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

You will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, monitor market trends and competitor activities, provide regular sales reports and forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will also represent the company brand to the highest professional standards.

You will be a determined and target-driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in sales, ideally in a field-based role.

You will also be technically proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

A valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel extensively within the South Region are essential.

Familiarity with technical products is desirable but not essential, as is a full clean UK driving license.

You can expect a competitive base salary of £37,500 - £50,000 with performance-based incentives and a generous commission plan to reward your achievements (uncapped commission, with estimated OTE of £15,000).

A company car allowance will be provided, along with a workplace pension and generous annual leave entitlement.
