You will be joining a Multi-Academy Trust that oversees several local schools. The Trust is committed to strategic growth and excellence, supported by a dedicated central team focused on legal, procurement, and financial sustainability.
What will you be doing?
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive funding strategy aligned with the objectives of the Trust
- Researching and identifying suitable grant opportunities from government bodies, local authorities, charitable trusts, and corporate sponsors
- Preparing and submitting high-quality grant applications while ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance with funder requirements
- Collaborating with school leaders and finance teams to gather necessary data and develop compelling proposals
- Ensuring all funding activities comply with UK education law, ESFA guidance, and procurement regulations
- Maintaining accurate records for audit purposes and monitoring expenditure against grant conditions
- Acting as the main point of contact for funders and providing regular performance updates to senior leadership and governors
