What You'll Do:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll specialize in building and developing a network within a specific market, typically a particular country. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting & Business Development: Proactively reach out to potential customers, identify new business opportunities and build relationships. You will spend a large portion of your day on the phone, seeking new business and generating job offers.
- A Dedicated Market: You will primarily focus on building a network of candidates and clients in a specific country, becoming an expert in that market. You will sometimes have the opportunity to work on roles in other countries, expanding your international experience.
- Managing the Complete Recruitment Process: As you develop your skills, you will be trained to manage the entire recruitment process - from sourcing candidates and guiding them through the interview process to closing successful placements. You will also learn how to manage client communication and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Once your skills are proven, you will take charge of your entire market and 360 recruitment processes.
- Market Building: You will be responsible for growing your own market by establishing a solid base of candidates and clients, continually developing relationships and generating revenue.
