As a Senior Recruiter with our client, you will play a pivotal role developing, retaining, evolving and operating in the Facilities Engineering arena, for their new and existing clients supporting them with our client's solutions, working with various client organisations from global business to privately owned SMEs.

Drawing from their extensive, and established industry insight, you will provide hands-on, personalised services to meet the unique needs and talent challenges of our clients.

  • Possesses the ability to think on their feet and respond promptly to urgent situations, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
  • Takes the initiative to anticipate recruitment needs, staying ahead of the curve in identifying top talent.
  • Leverages lessons from experience, learning from past experiences to continually enhance performance and achieve higher levels of success.
  • Ability to work flexible hours in alignment with your clients and market expectations.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods including their internal CRM, job boards, and social media to identify and screen potential candidates.
  • Oversee the complete 360 permanent recruitment process, with support from the London Resourcing team.
