Our client is one of Switzerlands fastest growing recruitment firms. Founded in 2023 they are on track to exceed all financial goals for 2025 in only their second full year of trading.
They have offices in Zurich, Stellenbosch and now London.
The Role:
We’re looking for ambitious, driven and commercially minded graduates to join our clients FIRST GRADUATE ACADEMY.
As a graduate recruitment consultant you’ll work directly alongside their Managing Director and gain mentorship from the Senior Directorship team in Switzerland.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates across a European Market.
- Building and managing candidate relationships.
- Supporting the senior team members on active mandates.
- Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs.
- Developing market knowledge in high growth industries.
What we’re looking for:

- Recent graduates (2024/2025) from any discipline.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Fluent English (European languages are a HUGE BONUS)
