This is not a multidrop role like DHL or UPS — our work is time-critical, customer-focused, and varies day to day. Due to the nature of same-day logistics, flexibility is essential. While standard hours are 08:00–17:00, start and finish times can vary, and occasional early starts (including from 2am) may be required.
Pay & Benefits
- £13.25 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Enhanced rates for anti-social hours (after 10pm and before 6am)
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with length of service
- Company pension scheme
- Mobile phone allowance
- Commission scheme for onboarding new customers
- Well-maintained, varied vehicle fleet
Vehicles You’ll Typically Drive
- Small vans

- Luton box vans with tail-lifts
- Luton curtain-sided vans with tail lifts
- 3.5-tonne flatbed vehicles
Licensing
Drivers with HGV licences (C1 / C / C+E) are strongly encouraged to apply. While this is not a full-time HGV role, HGV-qualified drivers may be offered occasional work on 7.5t or 18t vehicles where required.

- Are reliable, punctual, and able to work to tight deadlines
- Have a strong awareness of road safety and compliance
- Are positive, friendly, and customer-focused
- Can work independently and manage time-critical deliveries
- Are flexible with working hours and shift patterns
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- Previous courier or same-day delivery experience
- Experience with Lutons, flatbeds, or tail lift vehicles
- HGV licence (C1, C, or C+E)
Why Join Us?
We focus on quality, not quantity. You won’t be chasing unrealistic drop counts, instead, you’ll be trusted with important, time-sensitive deliveries and given responsibility and variety in your role. If you’re a professional van driver who takes pride in their work — or a qualified HGV driver happy to do van work with occasional larger vehicles — we’d love to hear from you.
