South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Home Manager to lead and support the care team in the running of the home, ensuring service users lead valued, fulfilling lives and receive high-quality care in line with Colin care’s philosophy.

You will supervise staff, manage the home, coordinate reviews, care plans and risk assessments, and promote health, safety and personal care while fostering autonomy and positive activity for residents.
