What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the management team – ensuring smooth café operations and exceptional service.
• Leading & motivating the team – inspiring colleagues to deliver high standards and a warm welcome.
• Delivering top-tier customer service – ensuring every customer enjoys an engaging and friendly atmosphere.
• Keeping the café running smoothly – helping the team with cleaning, stock replenishment, and general upkeep.
• Ensuring product displays look abundant & inviting – maintaining beautiful and uniform visual merchandising.
• Supervising food safety & hygiene standards – ensuring compliance and a clean, well-organised.
• Taking orders & serving customers – ensuring fast and efficient service with a smile.
• Assisting with stock control & replenishment – keeping the café well-stocked and organised and overseeing deliveries.
• Helping with team scheduling – ensuring adequate coverage throughout the week in line with sales forecasts.
• Bringing energy & enthusiasm – fostering a positive, team-focused work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• An experienced hospitality professional – with previous experience as a Team Leader, or Café Supervisor.
• A customer-obsessed leader – who loves creating exceptional customer experiences.
• An eye for detail & presentation – passionate about making displays look delicious, uniform and abundant.
• A hands-on team player – leading by example and always up for a challenge.
• A problem-solver – able to think on your feet and handle the unexpected.
• A flexible & adaptable attitude – ready to work weekends and peak periods but no evenings.
