Colicci is a family-run hospitality brand, proudly serving Londons iconic green spaces. Our Bushy Park café is a beloved destination for locals and visitors, serving expertly baked goods, handmade pastries, specialty coffee, and quality food made with care.

Were looking for a talented and creative Head Baker to take charge of our on-site bakery , producing exceptional breads, pastries, and sweet treats , while also developing exciting seasonal products to be featured across the wider Colicci business .

If you have a passion for artisan baking, an eye for detail, and love experimenting with seasonal flavours, we want you on our team!

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Leading the bakery team ensuring consistency, training junior bakers, and inspiring creativity.
  • Baking with passion crafting a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and sweet treats using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients.
  • Developing new seasonal products creating limited-edition bakes to showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients across Coliccis locations.
  • Managing production & stock overseeing ordering, stock take, entering stock, and stock reconciliation to maintain efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensuring excellence in hygiene & safety upholding the highest kitchen and food safety standards.
  • Collaborating with the Head Chefs & General Managers ensuring our bakery offerings stay exciting, innovative, and commercially successful.
