We’re looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, preparing fresh, seasonal dishes in a fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about quality food, teamwork, and developing your skills in an organised and well-run kitchen, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:- Preparing high-quality dishes – using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create our signature café menu.
- Maintaining kitchen organisation – ensuring a clean, efficient, and well-stocked work environment.
- Working as part of a team – supporting the Head Chef and colleagues during service.
- Managing food prep & cooking – ensuring consistency, speed, and presentation standards.
- Following food safety & hygiene standards – keeping a safe and compliant kitchen at all times.
- Assisting with stock control – supporting stock checks, ordering, and waste reduction.
- A skilled & passionate chef – with experience as a CDP, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role.
- A hands-on team player – who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
- A quality-obsessed cook – who takes pride in using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- An organised & efficient operator – keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
