We're on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate General Manager to take the lead, inject personality into the café, build a high-energy team, and deliver an unforgettable customer experience . What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading from the front – setting the tone for a vibrant and welcoming café atmosphere.
- Bringing energy – managing operations efficiently and proactively.
- Building & mentoring your team – developing skills, training baristas, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Making coffee with heart – our single-origin coffee is at the core of what we do.
- Managing daily operations – overseeing stock, deliveries, and accounting with precision (experience with Fourth systems is a plus!).
- Ensuring excellence in hygiene & safety – familiarity with Food Alerts - Alert 65 programme desirable.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef – to drive the café’s success.
What We’re Looking For:
- A charismatic and hands-on leader – with previous café or hospitality management experience .
- A customer-obsessed leader – who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume
- A hands-on team player – leading by example and always up for a challenge.
- A problem-solver who brings fresh ideas and takes ownership of their café.
- A flexible & adaptable mindset – weekends and bank holidays are our busiest times but no evenings … ever!
- Ideally a barista-trained professional with a passion for exceptional coffee (bonus if you know La Marzocco inside out!).
