Colicci is a family-run hospitality brand, proudly serving London’s iconic green spaces. Our cafés are bustling community hubs, offering exceptional coffee, fresh food, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to support the day-to-day café operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and be a key part of our friendly team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering top-tier customer service – making every customer feel welcome and ensuring a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
- Assisting with food & drink preparation – supporting baristas and chefs in delivering fresh, high-quality products.
- Keeping the café running smoothly – helping with cleaning, stock replenishment, and general upkeep.
- Taking orders & serving customers – ensuring fast and efficient service with a smile.
- Presenting products beautifully – ensuring displays look abundant, inviting, and visually appealing.
- Maintaining health & safety standards – ensuring the café remains clean and safe.
- Bringing energy & enthusiasm – supporting a positive, team-focused work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, customer-focused team player – who loves working with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- An eye for detail & presentation – passionate about making food displays look delicious, uniform and abundant.
- A hardworking & reliable individual – with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A fast-paced operator – who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys variety.
- A flexible & adaptable attitude – ready to work weekends and peak periods but no evenings.
- Previous customer service experience – some experience in providing great customer experience is preferred - we’ll provide full training!
