We’re looking for a talented and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team, preparing fresh, seasonal dishes in a fast-paced environment . If you’re passionate about quality food, teamwork, and developing your skills in a an organised and well run kitchen , we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing high-quality dishes – using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create our signature café menu.
- Maintaining kitchen organisation – ensuring a clean, efficient, and well-stocked work environment.
- Working as part of a team – supporting the Kitchen team during service.
- Managing food prep & cooking – ensuring consistency, speed, and presentation standards.
- Following food safety & hygiene standards – keeping a safe and compliant kitchen at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- A skilled & passionate chef – with experience as a Commis Chef, Kithcen Assistant, Prep Chef or similar kitchen role .
- A hands on team player – who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
- A quality-obsessed cook – who takes pride in using fresh, seasonal ingredients .
- An organised & efficient operator – keeping the kitchen running smoothly .
- A flexible & adaptable attitude – happy to work weekends and peak periods like school holidays.
