We’re looking for a PA to our COO
Northampton | Part‑time (25 hrs, Mon–Fri, school hours and summer time hours options) | £20,000 (FTE: £30,000)
Our COO has a lot on their plate, and we need someone smart, steady and brilliantly organised to help carry it.
At Postworks, we’re rethinking how businesses send and receive post (and we’re the UK’s only carbon‑neutral postal supplier). We’re growing fast, and we need someone who can keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Own the COO’s inbox & diary (filter the noise, flag the important)
- Schedule meetings, prep notes, and keep priorities clear
- Pull together info for reports & board packs
- Chase actions and keep projects moving
- Be a safe pair of hands for sensitive tasks and a friendly point of contact for the team
What We’re Looking For
- Sharp organisational skills and a calm, proactive style
- Experience as a PA, in ops or business support
- Great written communication — clear, friendly and to the point
- Trustworthiness and good judgement about what’s urgent (and what isn’t)
- Tech‑savvy and happy juggling different tools
