The Omni Demand Generation (ODG) Analyst is the key driver of data‑driven insights and measurement for the demand generation model. This highly analytical role focuses on measuring the effectiveness of activation strategies and providing strategic recommendations to drive measurable business growth. The analyst works closely with the Commercial Country teams to ensure all activities are measured and optimized based on performance data, leveraging modern data visualization and cross‑commercial analytics to support omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Measurement & Modeling: Lead the development of measurement frameworks and analytical models to assess the effectiveness and ROI of the cluster’s commercial efforts, quantifying demand drivers along the pet parent journey.
  • Competitive Intelligence & RGM Support: Monitor competitor activity, including promotional pricing and mechanics, and support Revenue Growth Management strategies, pricing tracking, and SKU rationalization analytics.
  • Shopper Marketing Measurement: Measure the performance of shopper strategies and materials to drive demand, analyzing the effectiveness of localization and deployment of omnichannel point‑of‑purchase assets.
  • Insights Generation: Generate actionable insights from competitive landscape, category developments, and internal execution data to inform strategic decisions and drive measurable growth.
  • Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the localized content strategy, ensuring local and cultural overlays contribute to marketing objectives.
  • Performance Management: Own the analytics discipline for monthly reviews, performance dashboards, and deep‑dive analysis, focusing on ODG KPIs and ROI.
  • Data & Tool Proficiency: Act as the cluster expert on ODG data sources and AI‑enabled internal and external tools, driving commercial capability by training stakeholders on performance dashboards and analytical methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Sales, or related quantitative role, ideally in matrixed organizations.
  • Proven critical thinking and advanced problem‑solving capabilities, including the ability to uncover measurable insights from large datasets.
  • High proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma).
  • Strong understanding of the Consumer Journey Methodology and the ability to measure its impact.
  • Strong collaboration skills and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to tell a story with data.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence, Marketing, or Customer Development.
  • Pet Nutrition or related industry experience.
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms.
  • Experience with and understanding of the Profession as a recommendation and selling channel.
  • Strong tech‑fluency and experience using AI‑powered tools.
  • Able to communicate in one of the cluster languages.
