Job Purpose
As the Digital Commerce Transformation Manager, you will spearhead the strategic acceleration of our digital commerce capabilities across the EMEA region by leading high-impact commercial and technological transformation initiatives. You will serve as the primary bridge between commercial teams and IT infrastructure to ensure our digital ecosystem directly drives market growth for key digital projects. You will champion the delivery of next-generation digital toolkits and standard operating procedures that empower local teams to execute flawlessly across varied digital commerce channels.
What you will do
- Own and execute the end-to-end delivery of key digital commerce capability projects across EMEA, aligning commercial strategies with modern IT infrastructure to accelerate business growth.
- Partner closely with the Director of eMarketing EMEA, regional commercial leads, and global IT stakeholders to harmonise tech adoption and remove friction from the regional digital rollout.
- Design, scale, and embed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and digital toolkits that upskill local teams and standardise execution excellence across all markets.
- Establish and monitor rigorous KPIs and transformation milestones, providing regular data-driven visibility into project health and ROI to executive leadership.
- Take over ongoing projects to ensure business continuity and overcome external disruptions to our existing commercial platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing digital commerce, digital marketing, or commercial transformation initiatives.
- Project Management: Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional, large-scale project implementations within a corporate environment.
- Technical Acumen: Direct, verifiable experience working with e-commerce platforms, digital shelf analytics tools, or enterprise commercial tech stacks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Previous experience working within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Adaptability & Communication: Exceptional influence and storytelling skills, with a proven capability to translate complex technical architectures into actionable commercial strategies for diverse stakeholders.
