Role SummaryThe Digital Product Analyst supports the EMEA digital product team, reporting to the UX Lead, to maintain and optimize the Hill’s digital ecosystem for veterinary and pet parent users. You will collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies to drive tool performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless user experiences. This role is pivotal for translating analytical insights into actionable product enhancements that directly support our digital business priorities.
Responsibilities- Support the EMEA digital product team in the end-to-end development, maintenance, and deployment of digital tools across the Hill’s ecosystem.
- Monitor digital performance using analytics platforms to identify user experience gaps, track key performance indicators, and resolve technical bugs.
- Manage the product enhancement lifecycle by grooming Jira tickets for website updates, feature rollouts, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for bug fixes and new enhancements to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and IT teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure best-in-class third-party integrations and product information accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific, technical, or Business Administration field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in website analyst/coordinator or similar digital role.
- Proven proficiency in managing Jira ticketing systems and conducting technical UAT.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights for digital product improvements.
- Experience within the veterinary, pet food, or FMCG industries.
- Understanding of B2B, B2C, and DTC digital ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Google Suite tools.
