JOB PURPOSE:
The Professional Digital Engagement Specialist is the Champion of digital communication with veterinary customers. This role is responsible for building stronger connections with our veterinary customers using our own digital assets (professional website & various tools), CRM and social media. You are responsible for the two-way communication to the professional customers and the healthcare team members that we want to reach. Furthermore, you are involved in the programs for virtual calls and virtual dietary consulting, helping the relevant departments to bring this to life. You feel at ease with data from multiple sources which you analyse to generate insights and recommend new opportunities for engagement. Success in this role means you ensure successful campaign execution, build our position on social media and can demonstrate in-market success based on tracking and feedback.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement the professional digital engagement strategy including ownership of vet communication key touchpoints: Hillsvet.co.uk and its integrated ecosystem & professional tools.
- Expanding Hill's presence and engagement on social media.
- Vet CRM programs.
- Evolve the digital vet engagement model taking a “test & learn” approach.
- Support the commercial team in rolling out virtual calls and virtual dietary consulting.
- Analyse data from multiple sources (e.g. field activity and sales, website traffic, use of tools, interaction with social media, etc) with the goal to generate customer and commercial insights to optimize following campaigns and sales.
You work in close cooperation with the Brand Manager Therapeutic, the Professional Veterinary Affairs department and the Veterinary commercial team. You will also be the UK contact for the European team on Professional Digital Engagement.
