This pivotal role is essential to accelerating the company’s growth in the evolving digital landscape, focusing on our core Oral Care and growing Personal Care professional brands. The Impact You Will Make
As the Omni Professional Specialist, you will be responsible for developing the strategy and executing the integration of digital products, data, analytics, and AI to generate connected brand experiences for professionals. You will work cross-functionally with hub/countries and GIT to execute the Europe Division strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Ecosystem Execution (65%): Lead the execution of our connected digital ecosystem across the Europe Division, ensuring seamless systems integration, data personalization execution, and proper tracking implementation. This includes working closely with multiple digital teams and partnering with IT to implement products such as the LMS, Sample Web shop, and Websites.
- Data Activation and Tracking (25%): Focus on the execution of professional data and tracking across the ecosystem (1P, GA, and other data). You will collaborate with markets to drive data acquisition, connection, and automation, and facilitate the analysis of reports to drive business growth and maximize performance.
- Performance and Optimization (10%): Analyze performance metrics in partnership with the Data & CCX lead, analytics, and insights. You will ensure key KPI evaluation and integration for a data-driven ecosystem, optimizing connected journeys and personalization to drive loyalty.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of work experience.
- Proven record of Web product execution, including web, e-commerce, and platform analysis.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Analytical, process-oriented mindset, and strong initiative with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to partner, bring together, and navigate cross-functional teams and markets while managing simultaneous projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with diverse cultures, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration.
