At Colgate‐Palmolive, we are more than just a global leader in oral care; we are a science‐first partner dedicated to a healthier future. We are looking for an Education Manager to be the face of our brand within the academic community. This is a high‐impact, autonomous role where you will bridge the gap between classroom theory and clinical excellence, fostering lifelong brand advocacy from a student's first day at university through to their professional career.
Your Impact
As our Education Manager, you will be the "Voice of the Student" and a critical scientific partner. Your mission is to drive trust and behaviour adoption for Colgate's Professional portfolio through world‐class education.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and nurture long‐term collaborative relationships with key faculty and student stakeholders across 44 Dental Schools in the UK and Ireland.
- Lead engaging, hands‐on workshops and high‐impact scientific presentations that bring our product innovations to life.
- Design networking events and community oral health initiatives that build authentic brand ambassadorship among dental students and young professionals.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams and external agencies to create "best‐in‐class" educational assets for our Professional Education Hub and social media channels.
- Act as a local expert, providing insights on market dynamics and student needs to our Scientific Affairs and Marketing teams.
- Manage the Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budget and leverage our digital ecosystem to track engagement and ROI.
Who You Are
You are a self‐motivated leader who enjoys the "theatre" of public speaking and the strategy behind relationship management. You are as comfortable analyzing data as you are facilitating a room full of aspiring dentists.
Your Toolkit Includes
- Exceptional Communication: A natural ability to simplify complex scientific data into engaging, persuasive narratives.
- Relationship Mastery: A proven track record in stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Commercial Acumen: You understand the "why" behind the "what," ensuring every educational touchpoint drives value and measurable growth.
- Autonomy: You love the freedom of a field‐based role and have the organizational skills to manage a territory spanning the UK and Ireland.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using digital tools and LMS data to refine strategies and report on performance.
