Role Summary
The Marketing Media and Data Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Northern Europe Digital Transformation Team by driving the governance and flawless execution of integrated marketing communications and paid media campaigns. This position offers an exciting opportunity to act as a central connector between internal cross‑functional stakeholders, agency partners, and the CRM team. You will maximize brand impact by optimizing media plans and pioneering technical data‑driven marketing via first‑party data (1PD) activation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the governance and seamless execution of integrated marketing communications (IMC) and paid media plans to ensure alignment with strategic brand priorities.
- Orchestrate day‑to‑day coordination, briefing cycles, and alignment meetings with external agency partners and internal cross‑functional teams.
- Provide critical technical execution support for data‑driven marketing initiatives and first‑party data (1PD) activation in close collaboration with the CRM Manager.
- Manage end‑to‑end purchase order (PO) generation and regular financial invoice tracking alongside the IMC Lead and Corporate Finance team.
- Evaluate campaign performance tracking data to identify optimization opportunities that drive maximum ROI on media investments.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in digital marketing, media planning, or advertising agency account coordination.
- Demonstrated experience handling financial management administrative duties, including PO generation and invoice tracking.
- Excellent collaborative agility, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is a plus but not required.
- Proven technical proficiency with data‑driven marketing tools, CRM databases, or first‑party data (1PD) activation platforms.
- Understanding of media ecosystem navigation, budget governance, and multi‑channel campaign measurement.
