Job Purpose
Lead the success of our Toothbrush category in Northern Europe. In this pivotal role, you\’ll be responsible for delivering on key performance indicators, shaping our portfolio, and bringing innovative marketing campaigns to life. If you\’re a strategic thinker with a bias for action and a talent for collaboration, we want to hear from you!
What You will achieve
- Drive Category Growth: Manage the toothbrush portfolio across Northern Europe to achieve ambitious net sales, margin, profit, and market share targets.
Strategic Planning: Support the development and alignment of mid-year reviews and budget processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
Performance Monitoring: Prepare monthly KPI performance reviews, conducting cross-country market analysis and communicating risks and opportunities proactively.
Product Innovation: Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) process, collaborating with our central Brand Team, and taking ownership of New Product Development (NPD) Gateway decisions.
Brand Activation: Partner with digital and omni-channel teams to implement full-funnel brand activation campaigns that ensure a seamless consumer experience.
Budget Management: Oversee the advertising and promotions budget for the toothbrush category, ensuring effective agency partnerships and ROI.
Artwork & SKU Management: Manage artwork and SKU development and approval processes across the Northern Europe Hub.
Annual Brand Planning: Develop and secure stakeholder buy-in for the annual Brand Plan, alongside Revenue Growth and Category Growth plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent the brand in external meetings and ensure timely communication with key internal stakeholders, including Retail Marketing, Finance, and Customer Development.

Experience: 4-5 years of proven marketing experience, ideally within Brand Management.
