Reporting to: Director, Digital & AI Capabilities EMEA
Role Summary: The IMC Media Manager EMEA reports to the Director, AI Capabilities and is crucial for leading the company’s Brand Experience and Digital Transformation across the EMEA region. This strategic role will champion best-in-class, data-driven, scalable media strategies, guiding the implementation of ODG across integrated and retail media. The ultimate goal is to accelerate data-driven marketing maturity and drive measurable business growth for the company's power brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Lead EMEA Media Strategy: Define the comprehensive vision and strategic roadmap for holistic, full-funnel owned and paid media (including video, paid social, retail media, and search) aligned with business growth objectives.
- Accelerate Data-Driven Marketing Maturity: Partner with CRM and Analytics to establish the strategy for data activation (1P, 2P, 3P), creative personalization, and optimization techniques (AI/ML) to achieve advanced audience targeting and campaign efficiency.
- Drive Integrated Media Effectiveness: Define clear measurement frameworks, Test & Learn agendas, and performance standards (including Marketing Mix Modeling - MMMs) to evaluate cross-channel media efficiency and demonstrate ROI.
- Manage Strategic Partnerships and Agencies: Cultivate platform partnerships (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon DSP) to secure early access to new initiatives and lead daily management of the media agency relationship, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency tracking.
- Provide Thought Leadership and Training: Serve as the subject matter expert to Brand Marketing teams and regional stakeholders, delivering strategic guidance and upskilling programs to build best-in-class scalable media capabilities across the region.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a Digital Media Leader in an international or EMEA regional role, preferably within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or media agency environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in media and web analytics, including proficiency with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMMs).
- Demonstrated expertise in the Programmatic and Paid Social media landscape, including hands‑on experience with various DSPs/SSPs and major large-scale publishers (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical knowledge of MarTech solutions, such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Data Management Platforms (DMPs).
- Proven ability to drive innovation, utilizing new technologies including AI and machine learning, to achieve business goals efficiently and at scale.
- Demonstrated functional competencies in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategy, Business Strategy, and Commercial Expertise.
- Experience in complex cross-functional collaboration, project management, and a strategic mindset.
