As a Retail Media & eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our digital transformation by integrating retail media and social commerce strategies to drive exceptional consumer experiences and ROI. You will own the strategic direction of our Amazon and TikTok Shop presence, ensuring consistent measurement, financial discipline, and operational excellence across EU markets. This role is pivotal in influencing the omnichannel shopper and accelerating our digital growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Integration: Drive retail media strategy (Amazon/Social Commerce) across EU markets, ensuring integration into brand planning and optimizing media spend allocation for high-impact performance.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and implement standardized cross-market measurement frameworks, including ROI dashboards and marketing mix modeling, to track critical KPIs and demonstrate contribution to commercial growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the digital shelf and content creation process, utilizing PIM/DAM tools and data-driven insights (A/B testing) to automate and enhance retailer requirements.
  • Financial & Stakeholder Governance: Lead financial best practices, including A&P vs. Gross to Net categorization, while collaborating with internal teams (GDIO, IBE, Analytics) to close capability gaps and upskill regional teams.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Manage external retail media agency relationships and service delivery, ensuring adherence to European governance and strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience (including 1 year exp in Social Commerce) in eCommerce, Retail Media, or Digital Marketing, with a strong preference for background within the FMCG/CPG sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Track Record: Proven success in driving digital strategy, preferably with specific experience in managing large-scale budgets and agency relationships.
