About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a curious, results-driven and passionate experienced Omnichannel Shopper Manager to join our Northern Europe Hub Marketing Team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will use data and consumer insights to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns, both in store and online, that bring our brands to life and grow our business.

What You Will Do

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop effective strategies to convert shoppers at all points of purchase across the consumer journey.
  • Project Management: Project manage all shopper marketing execution within timelines and budgets.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor and share the performance of shopper marketing activities and budgets across all points of purchase (in-store and online) and leverage shopper insights to refine and optimize plans to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely and collaboratively with our retail partners and agencies, as well as internally with our brand marketing and customer development teams.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Manage campaigns through sponsored search platforms like Citrus and Criteo, executing monthly analysis and optimizing campaigns across retailer sites.

  • Proven FMCG Experience: A strong background in the packaged goods industry, with a track record of creating and executing successful marketing plans that deliver on key business goals.
  • Omnichannel Expertise: You have a deep understanding of shopper journeys, both in-store and online.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You\’re obsessed with the shopper and use data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong Communicator & Collaborator: You\’re a natural at building relationships and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels.
