Job Purpose:
- Coordinates and supports the day-to-day management of relationships with oral health experts and thought leaders in clinical and government environments, ensuring timely sharing of information and awareness of guidelines and publications relevant to Total, Sensitive and Kids portfolios/indications.
- Leads the planning and execution of Scientific Affairs activities, ensuring delivery against defined objectives, timelines, and budgets for the Total, Sensitive and Kids product portfolio.
- Project manages initiatives to strengthen oral care and brand/product knowledge across internal functions, providing structured support and coordination for major business and consumption-building marketing activities for Total, Sensitive and Kids products/indications.
- Leads and manages all project administration and project management activities (planning, tracking, documentation and reporting) to ensure successful delivery of Scientific Affairs projects and initiatives.

- Build Brand Equity
- Key Thought Leaders relationships & scientific collaborations
- Map, build, capture and track external NE HUB customers/partners and activities in CRM.
- Supports keeping NE HUB KTL’s informed of relevant company initiatives and product launches within the Total, Sensitive and Kids portfolio/indications and engages them via impactful execution of divisional materials / master programmes (scientific-led projects e.g., symposia) and tracks interaction in CRM.
- Tracks and reports relevant NE Hub Scientific Affairs KPIs in line with Division guidelines and methodologies.
- Take ownership of the education plan for the NE Hub across all touchpoints for the Total, Sensitive and Kids portfolio and support OHL’s in local countries to implement.
- Assist OHL’s with local market engagement of national associations.
- Support PBM/OHL with scientific engagement at conferences (symposia).
- Support local OHL to manage relationships of association partnerships (service agreements, government expenses, promote partnerships to profession).
- Utilise exhibitions and events to build relationships and networking to deliver SA strategy.
- Scientific, therapeutic indication insight collection and communication.
- Collection of local scientific insights/questions and dissemination of locally relevant content linked to Total, Sensitive and Kids portfolio/indications across all NE Hub countries.
- Support local OHL with management of KTL’s in relation to Total, Sensitive and Kids portfolio activities.
- Awareness and support where applicable of RWD collection programs.
- Support RWD collection programs (e.g. PEP): Local adaptation, overall management.
- External
- Identify hooks for NE Hub educational content in relation to Total, Sensitive and Kids portfolio activities.
- Localisation of divisional assets for NEH student and dental professionals education/engagement based on local knowledge in relation to Total, Sensitive and Kids portfolio activities.
- Creation of training programmes for product launches and continued knowledge development for Total, Sensitive and Kids portfolio activities.
- Selectively supports top-to-top meetings and other key trade customer events as well as retail marketing initiatives including Customer education across all NE HUB countries.
- Support internal scientific training to secure adequate Oral Care knowledge in professional and mass field teams, CE HUB/CD Hub teams, external trade partners, new employees and agencies; systematically gain and elevate feedback on applicability and appropriateness of training resources provided by the Division for all NE HUB countries.
- Develop and maintain knowledge handbook across all territories (i.e regulatory status of each product).
- Support and deliver scientific content at retail face-to-face meetings.
- Systematically provides feedback on NE Hub targets & market dynamics to NEH SA Lead.
- Ensure Government expenses compliance across CE, CD and retail teams.
- Ensuring prescription products aligned with ABPI guidelines.
- Manage the A&P budget effectively (including raising PO’s) and analyse ROI of education activities.
- Monthly Tracking of budget and review of spending.
