b Overview /b p As Education Manager, you drive science-led professional education across UK and Ireland, partnering with dental schools and clinicians to build trust and brand advocacy for Colgate’s professional portfolio. You’ll lead content development, live workshops, and digital engagement, collaborating with Scientific Affairs, Marketing, and Leadership. The role combines stakeholder engagement, data-driven insights, and responsible program governance to shape the next generation of oral health professionals. This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence education strategy at scale. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Build and nurture long-term partnerships with faculty, university leaders, and student bodies across 44 dental schools in the UK and Ireland /li li Act as the authentic Voice of the Student to tailor educational strategies and content for key stakeholders /li li Plan and deliver interactive educational presentations, scientific product sessions, and hands-on workshops /li li Host networking events and community oral health initiatives to foster early brand advocacy /li li Collaborate cross-functionally to create educational content for live events and the Colgate Professional Education Hub /li li Manage communications, including social media content and coordination with external agencies for promotional materials /li li Utilize educational programs to drive first-party data acquisition via LMS and internal digital ecosystem /li li Provide market insights, feedback on student needs, and competitive intelligence to Scientific Affairs and Marketing /li li Manage the Advertising Promotional (A P) budget, conduct monthly spend reviews, and evaluate event ROI /li li Ensure compliance, pharmacovigilance standards, and safety/quality reporting protocols /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Master Communicator /li li Relationship Builder /li li Commercially Minded /li li Autonomous Driven /li li Dynamic Collaborative /li li Detail-Oriented /li /ul ul li public speaking /li li stakeholder management /li li influence and negotiation /li li LMS (Learning Management System) /li li ROI analysis and budgeting /li li data-driven insights /li /ul
