Contract Type: Self-Employed Licence Agreement

Colets Health & Fitness is seeking experienced self-employed Beauty Therapists to operate from our established Rejuvenate treatment rooms. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified therapist to grow an existing client base, attract new customers from our membership community, and operate their own business from a professional health and wellbeing environment. Therapists will rent treatment room space from Colets and retain responsibility for managing their own business, appointments, finances, insurance, and professional registrations.

About Rejuvenate: Rejuvenate is Colets' dedicated beauty and wellbeing offering, providing a range of professional treatments to members and non-members within a premium, community-focused health club environment. We are looking for therapists who can deliver exceptional customer experiences whilst helping to develop the reputation and success of the Rejuvenate brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Care: Deliver professional beauty and wellbeing treatments to a consistently high standard. Provide excellent customer service before, during and after treatments. Conduct appropriate consultations and maintain client treatment records where required. Provide suitable aftercare advice. Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Manage bookings, client communications and follow-up activity where applicable.
  • Professional Standards: Maintain all required qualifications, certifications and professional memberships. Hold appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Operate in accordance with relevant health, safety and hygiene standards. Ensure client confidentiality is maintained at all times. Comply with applicable data protection requirements.
  • Treatment Room Standards: Keep treatment rooms clean, tidy and presentable at all times. Ensure equipment is maintained in a safe and professional condition. Manage treatment products and consumables used within your business. Report any maintenance or facility issues promptly.
  • Business Development: Promote your services professionally and ethically. Develop and maintain your own client base. Engage positively with Colets members and visitors. Support marketing initiatives agreed with Colets where appropriate. Contribute to the growth and reputation of Rejuvenate.

Professional Requirements

Applicants should hold relevant beauty therapy qualifications such as:

  • NVQ Level 2 and/or Level 3 Beauty Therapy
  • VTCT
  • CIBTAC
  • CIDESCO
  • Equivalent recognised qualifications

Additional specialist qualifications are desirable.
