Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage opening/closing, incident response, and daily facilities oversight across gym, pool, F&B, squash, nursery, and reception.
You will lead a team, provide lunch cover, handle member feedback, and drive high service standards in line with our not-for-profit values.
