Location – Colets – Thames Ditton, Surrey
We\’re looking for a passionate Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Colets.
If you have a talent for leading a team and a genuine love for food, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Catering Manager in a wide range of functions
- Organising and overseeing a variety of different events
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Leading, supporting and motivating the kitchen team
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Supporting the Head Chef in training and developing junior staff
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment
- Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
