Colets Health and Fitness, a large independent health club based in Thames Ditton Surrey, is currently looking for full-time lifeguards.

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated lifeguards to join our team. In this role, you will be expected to promote and deliver effective safeguarding practices across all activities.

Main Duties:
  • Ensure swimmers are safe, enforce water safety policies & pool regulations
  • Respond to emergencies and carry out rescues
  • Provide basic first aid and CPR
Skills:
  • Understanding of safety responsibilities of a lifeguard
  • Knowledge of pool safety protocols, emergency & accident procedures
  • Good communicator
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
  • Professional, well-organised
  • Good time keeping and regular attendance
  • Flexibility to work weekdays (which will include early and late evening shifts) and weekends
Qualification Requirements:
  • Valid NPLQ Qualification
  • First Aid & Defib Qualification
  • To undertake a DBS check
  • Complete ongoing safeguarding training
