Colets Health and Fitness, a large, independent health club based in Thames Ditton, Surrey, is currently looking to recruit a Part-time Cook (25+ hours per week) to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- The candidate will carry out catering preparations for various Club functions including cricket teas, rugby and football meals, hospitality lunches as well as other Club events.
- Preparing daily food for the café bar / kitchen – Sandwiches, paninis, baguettes, cakes, flapjacks, children’s food.
- Preparing hot food for daily specials.
- Ordering of supplies – when necessary.
- Overseeing deliveries.
- Checking Invoices / Delivery notes.
- Organising the storing of stock.
- Informing suppliers that stock should not be left unattended and should be signed for by a member of the kitchen management or the DM.
- Providing emergency cover in cases of absence.
Salary dependant on experience. Excellent package available.
Qualifications
Food Hygiene Certificate preferable however training can be provided.
