Colets Health and Fitness, a large, independent health club based in Thames Ditton, Surrey, is currently looking to recruit a Part-time Cook (25+ hours per week) to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
The candidate will carry out catering preparations for various Club functions including:
- Cricket teas
- Rugby and football meals
- Hospitality lunches
- Other Club events
Other tasks include:
- Preparing daily food for the café bar / kitchen – Sandwiches, paninis, baguettes, cakes, flapjacks, children’s food
- Preparing hot food for daily specials
- Ordering of supplies – when necessary
- Overseeing deliveries
- Checking invoices / delivery notes
- Organising the storing of stock
- Informing suppliers that stock should not be left unattended and should be signed for by a member of the kitchen management or the DM
- Providing emergency cover in cases of absence
Salary dependent on experience. Excellent package available. Food Hygiene Certificate preferable; however, training can be provided.
