We are looking for energetic and self‑motivated lifeguards to join our team. In this role you will be expected to promote and deliver effective safeguarding practices across all activities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure swimmers are safe, enforce water safety policies & pool regulations
- Respond to emergencies and carry out rescues
- Provide basic first aid and CPR
- Understanding of safety responsibilities of a lifeguard
- Knowledge of pool safety protocols, emergency & accident procedures
- Good communicator
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
- Professional, well‑organised
- Good time‑keeping and regular attendance
- Flexibility to work weekdays (including early and late evenings) and weekends
Qualifications
- Valid NPLQ Qualification
- First Aid & Defibrillator Qualification
- DBS check to be undertaken
- Completion of ongoing safeguarding training
- Professional, well‑organised and enthusiastic
- Good communicator and time‑keeping skills
