Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and client-focused Probate Solicitor (minimum 1 year PQE) to join our established Private Client team at our Creekmoor office. \n This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to build their career in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters, providing exceptional advice and support to clients. \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Managing a caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion. \n Preparing and submitting applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration. \n Advising executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries. \n Administering estates, including the collection and distribution of assets. \n Preparing estate accounts and related documentation. \n Advising on inheritance tax and related probate matters. \n Building and maintaining strong client relationships. \n Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department. \n \n About You \n You will: \n \n Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. \n Have between 1 and 4 years' PQE, or equivalent experience in probate and estate administration. \n Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills. \n Be able to manage your own caseload efficiently. \n Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail. \n Be proactive, personable, and committed to delivering a high standard of service. \n \n What We Offer \n \n Competitive salary commensurate with experience. \n A supportive and friendly working environment. \n Ongoing training and professional development. \n Varied and high-quality caseload. \n Pension scheme and holiday entitlement. \n Company events \n Free onsite parking \n \n Benefits: \n \n Company events \n Company pension \n Cycle to work scheme \n Free parking \n On-site parking \n Hours of Work: \n \nMonday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours per week).
