We are seeking an enthusiastic and client-focused Probate Solicitor (1-4 years' PQE) to join our established Private Client team at our Creekmoor office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to build their career in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters, providing exceptional advice and support to clients.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Managing a caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion.
* Preparing and submitting applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
* Advising executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries.
* Administering estates, including the collection and distribution of assets.
* Preparing estate accounts and related documentation.
* Advising on inheritance tax and related probate matters.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
*About You*
You will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
* Have between 1 and 4 years' PQE, or equivalent experience in probate and estate administration.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.
* Be able to manage your own caseload efficiently.
* Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Be proactive, personable, and committed to delivering a high standard of service.
