This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to build their career in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters, providing exceptional advice and support to clients. *Key Responsibilities* * Managing a caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion. * Preparing and submitting applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration. * Advising executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries. * Administering estates, including the collection and distribution of assets. * Preparing estate accounts and related documentation. * Advising on inheritance tax and related probate matters. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships. * Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department. *About You* You will: * Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. * Have between 1 and 4 years' PQE, or equivalent experience in probate and estate administration. * Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills. * Be able to manage your own caseload efficiently. * Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Be proactive, personable, and committed to delivering a high standard of service. *What We Offer* * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * A supportive and friendly working environment. * Ongoing training and professional development. * Varied and high-quality caseload. * Pension scheme and holiday entitlement. * Company events * Free onsite parking Pay: From £1.00 per year Benefits: * Company events * Company pension * Cycle to work scheme * Free parking * On-site parking Experience: * Solicitor or Legal Exec: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
