Are you an experienced leader looking for your next challenge? Our Coles Distribution Centres play an important role moving quality products through our supply chain, to provide extraordinary shopping experiences for our customers.
Reporting to the Shift Manager, you’re accountable for coaching and supporting a team of 25-30 team members to deliver the operational output required, always keeping safety and compliance front of mind.
About You And Your Skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster as the DC operates 7 days a week for our customers
- To energise, empower and support your team in meeting and exceeding set targets
- To plan and allocate workload to maximise efficiency and delivery to deadline
- To meet commercial budget and cost management principles
- To manage the reporting and logging of safety-related incidents
- To handle the receiving, pick packing and dispatching of goods
- Effective communication with all levels of the business
