What is SMAP?
The Store Manager Accelerator Program (SMAP) is a game-changing initiative for retail leaders with big ambitions. Designed to support women into leadership roles, this 6-month program is your opportunity to fast-track into a Store Manager role with Coles. You’ll gain hands-on experience through store placements, mentoring, shadowing, and both self-paced and facilitator-led training.
From day one, you’ll be set up for success, with ongoing support even after you’ve completed the program.
