About the Role
Reporting to the Dry Goods Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the night-fill team in meeting deadlines, ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and maintaining exceptional store presentation. You’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.

- To be flexible with evening working hours
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct/indirect leadership experience
- Be well organised with excellent time management skills
- To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles’ visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
