We are working with a highly established contractor who are looking for a MEP Bid Manager with solid experience in bid management within the MEP sector to join their team in the North East. In this role, you'll lead all elements of the bid process (capture planning, solution, quality response, commercial/pricing, presentations) from early engagement through to final submission. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to bring clarity, structure and direction to each bid, ensuring every aspect is thought through and aligned to a robust win strategy. Workload dependant, you will also support their operational teams to satisfy the businesses governance requirements during PCSA / ECI periods of projects up to the value of circa £150m! The role is based in Sunderland and as you will be leading bids across the UK there will be a requirement to travel to/work from other offices as required to support bids, manage internal governance or meet customers and designers.
