As a Bid Coordinator you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of bids from initial enquiry through to contract award. Working closely with the Bid Coordinator Lead and wider pre-construction teams, you'll help ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, professionally presented and delivered on time.
You'll coordinate information from multiple stakeholders, maintain document control, support governance processes and contribute to the production of compelling bid submissions that align with customer, technical and commercial requirements.

As Bid Coordinator you will:
- Support the Bid Coordinator Lead in the preparation, coordination and delivery of bids and tender submissions.
- Coordinate input from estimating, design, proposals and commercial teams to ensure complete and accurate submissions.
- Manage tender documentation, templates and filing systems, maintaining robust version control.
- Prepare and format bid documents, reports and presentations in line with company branding standards.
- Record, distribute and track tender clarifications, updates and correspondence.
- Organise bid meetings and support the production of agendas, actions and meeting minutes.
- Monitor tender programmes and highlight risks, delays or issues to the wider team.
- Support quality assurance and compliance reviews before submission.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the bid process. xgikmsk
