We are working with a highly established, leading Tier 1 contractor who are looking for someone with solid experience in bid management within the construction and / or MEP sector to join their North East team as a Senior Bid Manager / Pre-Construction Manager!

In this role, you'll lead all elements of the bid process (capture planning, solution, quality response, commercial/pricing, presentations) from early engagement through to final submission.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to bring clarity, structure and direction to each bid, ensuring every aspect is thought through and aligned to a robust win strategy.

You will also support the operational teams to satisfy the businesses governance requirements during the PCSA / ECI periods of large value projects.

As you will be leading bids across the UK there will also be a requirement to regularly travel to/work from other offices.

Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage
