We are working alongside a privately-owned Building Services consultancy in the North West who are looking for an ambitious Mechanical Engineer to join their growing office.
This company is a privately owned Building Services consultancy operating for over 25 years this is an exciting chance to join an established business with a strategy in place for sustainable & profitable growth.
Your workload is varied offering different challenges and rewards, projects sectors include Custodial, Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial and much more.

The Role
- responsible for design development, including drawings and calculations;
- liaise with Clients, other design team members and contractors;
- liaise with other team members to plan workload and resources;
- produce drawings and calculations and checking those of others;
- author official documents including letters, reports and specifications;
Skills/Experience
- Sound technical knowledge of mechanical building services.
- Auto CAD / REVIT familiarity (although not critical)
- Familiar with industry standard calculation programmes, e. g Hevacomp / Cymap / IES.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
