A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Finisher to join the Lincoln division, on a full time, permanent basis. Having been established for over 50 years they are a forward-thinking business, with an excellent reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all types of repairs and maintenance work in a multi-skilled environment allied to the Plasterer/Finisher trade discipline.
  • Attend repairs and maintenance appointments on time and complete works on the first occasion, in one visit and within target times.
  • As and when required, diagnose necessary remedial works, make appointments/arrangements and organise materials required.
  • Removal or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works.

Requirements:

  • CSCS Card.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plastering.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Background in a repairs and maintenance or property services environment.
