A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a skilled Heating Engineer in the Lincoln area, on a full time, permanent basis. Having been established for over 50 years they are a forward thinking business, with an excellent reputation. You will carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and installations of domestic and/or commercial heating systems across contracted properties.
Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain and repair boilers and heating systems
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Carry out gas safety checks and complete LGSRs
- Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations and company procedures
- Complete job documentation electronically
- Deliver high standards of customer service
Requirements:
Essential
- Valid ACS Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in domestic and/or commercial heating
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing & Heating
- Unvented (G3) certification
- Commercial Gas (CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1A)
- Social housing experience
